She opens by offering background to the unauthorized memorandum written by Michael Prescott and printed in the Telegraph.
"It is not my wish for the BBC leaning toward one side or the other, My only wish is for it balanced, fair and fair," he declares.
When asked if he considers the BBC is systematically partial, he answers: "Absolutely not. To be clear, numerous aspects the British Broadcasting Corporation does is exceptional - encompassing factual and fictional programming."
However, he continues: "There is substantial tasks that needs to be done at the BBC."
Another former external BBC adviser examined by the group, Caroline Daniel, says she views the BBC with great importance and that it has a "persistent practice and active debate" on fluid and multifaceted subjects.
"Was the BBC ready to engage in a thorough discussion and argument and take action?" she questions. "In my view, indeed, they were."
