The second-hand marketplace Members Voice Displeasure About Sizing Changes
Shoppers are voicing their frustration due to a modification that led to products showing incorrect sizing.
The second-hand shopping app has revised its size classifications for women's and children's clothes without notifying all users about the change.

Many shoppers and sellers have taken to social media claiming that product pages now present a modified sizing category compared to what was initially listed as a result of the reclassification.
The company said the updated approach better aligns with other platforms.
They have suggested members to review their products and adjust the sizing manually where appropriate, which has left users frustrated.
Size Classification Updates
Earlier, the measurements included a single numeric size and a letter, such as S/8 or M/10.
The new system has a letter with a size spectrum for example S/UK 8-10.
With some products, the size labels have been reassigned - such as a large size was previously a 12 but currently displays as UK 16-18.
User Experiences
One content creator, who creates plus-size fashion videos, said the change "makes both selling and buying harder".
"Few clothing companies classify XL as 20-22," the way the service now categorizes.
Another user, from Glasgow, stated items she posted featuring size 14 markings were showing in the marketplace as size 20–22.
"If buyers measuring 20-22 acquire them they're going to be very disappointed," she stated.
Required Changes
Another shopper, based in Derby, stated she felt frustrated by the change as she had to manually change the measurements for "each individual item".
"Personally, this is quite irritating, since I have chronic health issues and platform income has been essential following partial earnings loss," she said.
Marketplace Information
The platform boasts over 100 million members, with 18 million British users.
It has emerged as a preferred choice compared to resale services such as eBay and Depop.
This is not the initial instance where an unanticipated change on the platform has faced criticism: previously, the platform withdrew an update to its shipping options after backlash from users.
