White House Decries 'Democratic Fabrication' as More Jeffrey Epstein Images Released

Democratic lawmakers have published a fresh batch of what they described as "disturbing" photographs from the estate of adjudicated sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, featuring notably Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and ex-UK prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

The first release of 19 photographs—some of which have been seen before—along with another 70 unveiled later on Friday constitute a small number of the approximately 100,000 images provided to the House investigative panel, which is examining the actions and ties of Epstein.

The shamed investor died by an apparent self-inflicted death in a New York prison cell in 2019 after being charged with sex-trafficking offenses.

Notable Figures in the Images

Among the prominent personalities shown in the opening set are celebrities including movie maker Woody Allen; Microsoft founder Bill Gates; and Richard Branson, originator of the Virgin empire.

Donald Trump is pictured in three of the initial 19 images. In one, he is photographed with six women, whose faces are blacked out.

Administration Reaction

The White House addressed the release in a statement, alleging Democrats of purposefully "choosing" the photographs for political purposes and to "try and create a false storyline."

"The Democrat hoax against President Trump has been time and again refuted," an administration official remarked, insisting that "the current government has done more for Epstein's survivors than Democrats ever have by frequently urging disclosure, releasing reams of records, and urging further investigations into Epstein's Democrat friends."

Panel Member Comment

The images were released without context, but according to a California Democrat and ranking member of the oversight committee, they prompt further inquiries about Epstein's links with wealthy individuals.

"Now is the occasion to stop this White House obfuscation and bring justice to the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and his influential associates," he stated in a release.

The publication of these documents comes as the oversight committee continuing its inquiry into the affair.
